Research and Development Analyst
Fatima acts as a primary contact point with organisations during the development and data collection phase of research projects. She works closely with other team members and stakeholders in the shaping, analysis and design of reports. Her skills are in infusing statistical analysis with free text comments to offer compelling insights into employee engagement and performance. She is currently upgrading her CIPD associate membership to become a Chartered member.
She was the lead author of a white paper endorsed by the LGA ‘Developing a new employment deal for local government’. In addition to having blogs published on popular HR sites including HR zone and People management, she presented a research paper at the CIPD applied research conference (2018) exploring how 360-degree assessments can inform interventions in Leadership Capabilities.
